1. About Ocean Stack
Ocean Stack provides coding and technology training through instructor-led courses, workshops, and learning materials. All content is designed to be educational and practical, and is delivered by experienced professionals.
2. Eligibility & Registration
- Participants must be aged 16 or over, unless otherwise stated.
- Course bookings must be made using accurate, up-to-date contact information.
- By registering, you agree to receive essential course communications via email or phone.
3. Payments & Cancellations
- All course fees must be paid in full prior to the course start date.
- We accept payments via secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
- If you cancel more than 7 days before a course, you may request a full refund or reschedule.
- No refunds are provided for cancellations within 7 days of the course, but we may offer a transfer to a future session at our discretion.
4. Course Access & Materials
- Course materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission.
- Access to any online resources or recordings is provided as part of the course duration and may be time-limited.
5. Code of Conduct
- We aim to create a respectful, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or disruption will not be tolerated.
- Ocean Stack reserves the right to remove participants who violate this policy without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, branding, logos, materials, and code examples are the intellectual property of Ocean Stack or the instructor(s) and are protected by copyright law. Reuse or republishing is not permitted without written consent.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Ocean Stack delivers courses with reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee job placement, exam results, or business outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in our courses.
8. Technical Requirements
Some courses may require specific software, tools, or system configurations. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure their device is compatible. We will provide guidance where possible during course onboarding.
